This is a list of questions I have never been asked, but would like to
answer anyway.
-
Q: Will my Visa account be charged when I order or when the
merchandise is shipped?
A: When it is shipped.
-
Q: Can I pay by cash, Mastercard or something?
A: No, I only take Visa and PayPal. I'm lazy.
-
Q: What's your address?
A: Programmerer Ingebrigtsen
Bjerregaardsgt. 56 / 2
0174 Oslo
Norway

Q: Why are the postage rates so weird?
A: Norwegian postage rates are «ramped»; that is, for each weight
plateau, you pay the same postage. Relevant here are the 500, 1000,
1500 and 2000 gram plateaus. Since the mugs weigh about 370 grams
including packaging, this means that shipping for 4 mugs is the same
as shipping for 5 mugs. People seem to have discovered this, since
I've had rather a lot of 5-mug orders and not so many 4-mug orders.
It brings the cost-per-mug ratio down. Save money! Buy more! Big
winnings!

Q: What company will the Visa withdrawal be billed from?
A: Programmerer Ingebrigtsen. Yes, it really is a honest-to-goodness
actual firm. It pays taxes and does bookkeeping and everything.
-
Q: What does that «Copies left» field on the order form mean?
A: Whenever somebody orders something, the number of available
copies is automatically counted down. When the number reaches
a certain point, the column will say how many copies are left
instead of "many".

Q: What does «Programmerer» mean?
A: «Programmer». Yes.
